Basic Training?

Do all people that join the US Air Force go to basic training? or do only enlisted people go there? Main Question: Do people who want to be officers go there too? And what do you need to be an officer? just a bacheoler's degree? I was thinking about joining the navy, but I already know alot about the Air Force. And if I join the Navy. I'll be at sea alot of the time
