What is the best way to get an entry level job in Human Resources?
This is based on someone having a BA in Management Information Systems and a minor in Management.

In addition to continue trying and applying for jobs, try to get some experience. There are many organizations that allow volunteers to work free of cost. Try to get a HR job as a volunteer or an intern. Once you get some experience, the job search will be much easier. Hope this helps.
