How do I create a wedding registry for money instead of registering at stores?

My fiancee and I already have everythin we need for the wedding and the house. We just need money to pay for the things we had to buy. I am trying to find a way to create a registry for our guests to send us money donations instead of things from stores. I considered PayPal, but the sender has to have a PayPal account. This is a going to be a hassle. I need help!

What I did was when people asked us what we needed I told them we were moving into a new home and I knew we would need a lot of things but I wasnt sure what until we moved in. So, most people gave us checks and gift certificates. You can also put a note in the invitation saying in lieu of gifts please give gift... More

The proper thing to do is to tell your close friends and family (those who would be less likely to be offended) to spread the word that you would like to get cash or checks (or even better, ask for those pre-paid Visa or Mastercards) instead of gifts...
