Why are people always complaining about their job yet they will never stand up and change their situation?

America is the best place to live for opportunity, yet so many people get in the rut and stay in it. What would it take for someone to jump out of their comfort zone (job) and change their financial situation for the better?

Because it is easier to complain. Actually looking for a new job requires an effort!

That is just it. You can't "jump out" and positively make it better. It is a gamble and until you are the person who is creating the hell for the employees, you have to play by the rules. Expressiveness is not something that is welcomed. Take the chance but don't beat yourself up if you don't end up "better off."
