Should I switch positions at work?

I have 1 coworker that drives me crazy...and she's very rude & mean. I could switch to a different job that pays the same, but I would loose seniority & I would be on probation for six months? I am a Dispatcher & have had to learn literally 5000 different things to do my job. I am in a closed room 3 days a week with this girl. Now she'll be asking me"Are You going to Take That Job?" (It was just posted today)?
