I Need To Lose Weight>>>> NOW!?
Okay I know I need to exercise to lose weight... BUT I need some pointers. I used to be a cheerleader and didn’t have an issue exercising but now all my weight is in my stomach and back and need to lost 50 pounds like YESTERDAY!... I already decided that I can’t go cold turkey over night but I am working on eating less and eating more salads and drink much more water. I want to substitute drinking sodas’ for Ocean Spray grape-cranberry juice and drinking much more water (I need flavor). I can’t jog not because I don’t want to but I have large breast and it seriously hurts me to job but will cycling work? And I wanted to take a tae-robics (Karate movement/Aerobics) class in my local gym or a body blast class (aerobics mixed with weights) or use the bike or something else. Any opinions?!?!?! Also how long do u think I will be doing this i'm trying to change my lifestyle overall as far as what I eat but how long before I start to see a difference.

Changing your way of eating is definately helpful. Make sure you eat within an hour of waking up, it helps your metobolism. Cut out junk food and soda. Drink plenty of water and make sure you exercise. Atleast 30 minutes a day is helpful. It will take time. It took me almost 10 months to lose 75 pounds. Good Luck and... More

Stop eating Carbs and Sugars!! It totally sucks, but it so worth it!! I have been doing it more a month now and I have already lost over 10 pounds!! Good Luck!!

Bike a mile or run a mile EACH AND EVERY DAY NO MATTER WHAT TO DO. If you don't take this advice, you're too lazy. Tips: 1. DO NOT DRINK POP 2. EAT HEALTHY FOODS 3. EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE!

If you start exercising, give yourself 3 weeks and you'll start to see some changes. By 6, you'll be going...wow! I did this~! I look a lot, lot better! That's if you get off of the sodas, stay away from the fatty foods, and exercise at least 30 minutes a day, with weekends off.

all the advice you need is what you wrote. biking, the classes you are wanting to take. I thin that you should also take long walks. I reccomend bringing something like an ipod or mp3 player or a friend to keep you company. Stay away from fatty foods. Dont go to fast food place or even eat out for a while... More

Going to the Gym is great start. I would suggest the Elliptical Trainer. It works out your arms, chest, back, abs, glutes and legs all atateh same time. Excellent overall workout.
