It depends... 1. Operates machine that cuts paper and similar material to specified dimensions. 2. Is the person who drops the blade on the guillotine to execute a person.

a gullotine is a device that was used back in the day to execute people. It stands 15 to 20 feet tall with an angled blade on it. When the blade is dropped the head will be chopped off and fall in a basket. So the operator is somone who controls it. (The guy with the black mask over his face)
