how can i find a job in metro dc area? i am 25 years old; BA degree with 2 years of work experience.?

I am searching for a proven and certified "Career Coach" in DC METRO area to help me in the search process. If you have experience working with a professional career coach or other job placement agency please let me know! I am also interested in working for a non-profit organizations such as American Red Cross in Falls Church, Va or The Nature Conservancy, Arlington, VA. If you have tips on best strategy to get an interview with these type of organizations, please advise. I have a BA degree from James Madison University and 2 years of retail sales and operations experience (office supervisor). I am not interested in the retail industry per se.
