Ignoring the misinformation posted by trydave1ce, the Indianapolis 500, open to any qualified driver and car that meets the technical specifications, I believe the race will be won by either a Panske or Chip Ganassi driver... More

I used to watch the indy 500 as a kid with inspirations of driving there some day. The race was originally open to anyone who could build a car within the rules and guidlines and meet certain speed requirements. If they met these requirements they could race.
