Do you know of any company that help men with minor felonies get a job?

My Husband have been trying to find a new job but once employers here of his past they tell him they cant hire him do to his past. things he did almost 10 years ago and have never servered any time in jail for them. i am trying my best to help him but i'm at my wits end so i am ask for help.

It will be hard cause people cannot learn to look past this. I do have a online business that is worth looking into. Even has a money back guarentee if it doesn't work. Take a look before you pass up the idea.

well most jobs only want to know if you have been convicted of a felony in the last 7 yrs.and some jobs will even hire you as long as your crime wasn't violent or pertaining to your job.(like theft for a cashier or abuse for a nurse or something like that).if nothing else fails, he should go thru a temp service.
