Will another Revolution occur in Russia?

Obviously most Russians are poorier than ever after 1991. According to the TI(transparency international) watchdog group, Russia is right next to Niger, and other poor HIV-infested african countries in terms of poverty and corruption and disease. A policeman is least trusted person in Russia according to a Poll of Levada Centre. So how can people tolerate this corruption if basic services cannot be given to the public. Policemen openly try to extract money from people, with no reason at all. Do you think a Revolution in Russia will occur again in Russia, if this crap continues.

It really doesn't look like it, I mean revolution. The insight view on all the bad things you mentioned is a bit different. It's not even close to the "boiling" point.
