Are men intmidated by a woman who does a "man's" job?

I'm a diesel engine technician/mechanic. Does this intimidate the average man? I can't figure out why it would; there are PLENTY of male pastry chefs, and that doesn't bother me at all!

Your job doesn't intimidate other men, real men. You problem, is peoples perceptions of women that do the work that you do. Well, let's just say that any man who would be intimidated by that especially enough to decide not to date you is no real man. Any man who is secure in his manhood would probably think it's pretty cool.

I work in a factory and there are women working typically male jobs, none of us are intimidates by it. If they can do the job then more power to them.

I am not intimidated in the least by the fact that you are a diesel fact I think it's awesome! You will always have job security, and will always be able to earn a good living. The man that you marry will be proud of you, and the job you do.

I'm an average man, and no, it wouldn't intimidate me. However, my lady's hands being rougher than mine, I'm sure that would bother me. I like a lady's caress.
