What exactly does a job as a real estate agent involve?

What are the reqirements, aptitudes, responsiblities, good things to study, etc? Basically, any info you can give me about the process and what it involves

A lot of the requirements depend on which state you live in, although I'm sure they all require a real estate license, which you can get through programs sponsored by real estate companies such as Century 21, or taking courses at a local community college.The biggest aptitude requirement would be to be sincerely... you have to be VERY social, and good at keeping a rigorous schedule.. you have to deal with alot of jerks in real estate

hey its me nick. Anyway you basically want to study the usual along with passing your SATs. a real estate agent gets good pay and has an easy job to do. you go around helping people find the house thats right for them. hope that helps. thanks about before. nick fennema
