Bad time to get into doing it, but I've done it all my life. My parents started flipping properties when I was a kid in the 70's and so did my (grand) Papa practically until he got alzheimers at 80 years old. buy a house clean in and fix it up and sell it for more than what you paid for the house plus repairs

There are so many ways to flip a house, even if you don't own it and without money or fixing it up. I am also interested in starting to flip houses. I don't have enough money to start, so I would have to find 3 other friends to join me.
