Who was a better President of the United Statees of America, Ronald Reagan or Bill Clinton?

Please choose either the 40th President of the United States Ronald Reagan who was a Republican who served between 1981 and 1989 and the 42nd President of the United States Bill Clinton who served between 1993 and 2001 Between the two Presidents, I prefer Ronald Reagan.

If you could incorporate them both you'd truly have a winner.In dealing with the Iron curtain Reagan was superb.The economy was Clinton's.They were both good in their own right.I'd prefer Reagan only because he didn't have the baggage Clinton did.
