Will being declined for a company credit card cost me my new job?
I started a new job on the 5th of June, and was required to apply for a corporate American Express card. I was declined due to a few late payments and Insufficent credit history. I do have a personal credit card that I can use, can I be "let go" for this?

I wouldn't be surprised. Credit counts for everything these days. It can even get you thrown out of your apartment. RE: tahneste's answer, the company needs to know that you are trustworthy enough to accept the responsibility of a corporate card.

Unless you are the one responsible for the money at your job, you're probably fine.
