How can i find out if I am being payed what i deserve compared to other people in the same field?

I work in a Finance office in the Auto business. I get contracts/deals approved with banks. I guess i would be called an Finance manager...except i make half of what my co-worker makes and we do the same exact thing...except he has been here 2x's as long as me and he's a guy. i'm trying to research incomes in my field. thanks for your help!!
