Are you an experienced recruiter who would like to work from home?

I own a recruiting company that specializes in the Mortgage Industry. I am looking for experienced Recruiters who would enjoy working from home. We will provide you with all of your clients. All you have to do is fill, fill, fill. We target passive candidates who are not on the open job market. We do not use Job Boards. This position will involve cold calling currently employed candidates to inform them of opportunites in their area and finding out if they are interested and qualified. Once you have found the right candidates our contract will allow you to force the Client to make an offer that beats the candidate's current comp plan every time. No more wasting time with clients who will not hire. If you can arrange 3 qualified interviews per week you could make approximately $8,000 per month. Only experienced recruiters should respond.
