How can fresh graduates find a good marketing job not some stinking sales job thats only commission?

I am sure there are alot of graduates who are having diffuculty finding a job. I graduated BBA in Marketing but I am having difficulty finding a job whats the best source of finding a good marketing or a ligit sales job please help.

By having some one work on the inside. What your employer is looking for is experience so you have to start from the bottom to the top.
