.net or j2ee?

I'm a fresh graduate looking for a software develper job and need to learn one, and only one framework, either .net or j2ee. Which is the best accoding to the following:- 1- Salary. 2- Avaiable Tools, IDEs 3- Simplicicty. 4- Range of application could be done by each one of them. 5- Robustness. Please tell me the real difference between them, not perceived one like "j2ee is more stable". sorry for being wordy.

Financial industry pay the most money. But without prior experience in financial industry, it is harder to get in. You might need to take the CFA Level I, II, III exams.
