What do you think of all the business outsourcing to India?

Forget the nuclear deals, but with the major outsourcing of jobs from America and Europe to India, what do the general public feel. Elevated? Deprived? or Not-bothered?

Here in California, I know a LOT of people who have lost their jobs to outsourcing. I think it is a crock! I am personally sick and tired of calling a company and getting someone who speaks very poor English and has no idea of the different phrases we use. I see the work going to India and a lot to Mexico!

Don't like it. What is the purpose other than more money for the companies they represent. I don't see where it helps the citizens here.
