Does anyone know the best way to find a good builder in Twickenham to bring a flat up to scratch for renting?

I have had to move to Switzerland for work. I want to rent my flat out in Twickenham unfurnished, but it's looking a little bit tired. The kitchen is about 20 years old, and the shower is a little temperamental because they have lowered the water pressure in the area due to the water shortage. Also there is carpet in the bathroom which could be a no no? I know nothing about building, and will only have 2 weeks in England to sort it all out and put it in the agents hands. Does anybody know someone who can help out for a reasonable cost? I can only afford my rent in Switzerland if I rent my London flat out very soon!!!!

Email me on rogerssteve42@yahoo.co.uk My son will gladly give you a price to carry out the work. He is an expert decorator - just 19yrs old and will need to stay in the premises for the duration and will quote for the job - not by the hour or day.
