For the Military--How do the Miitary Feel When Condi Comes Visiting the Green Zone, Iraq?

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice warned Iraqi leaders on Thursday they have limited time to settle their differences and that the escalating waves of violence are intolerable. so Condi goes to Baghdad on a "surprise"visit" Just curious as to how the military feels about this woman who, as of late seems to be losing her touch. also we were told early on that military handpicks which soldiers they want as 'backdrops' when someone like Condi visits. True?
