KIP vs HP Wide Format Printers?

Do Kip and HP make Wide Format printers for the same applications? Who makes a better machine for print quality and whose machine breaks down more? Any info I should know between the two before I get propaganda from reps of each company?

I prefer HP for any printer. They are fast, have good capabilities from the start, and look pretty good. I have an HP inkjet printer that prints faster than many copiers! (And it is a copier, too.)

With a wide format the thing that you are most likely going to want to take the closest look at are the consumables. IE paper and ink. You will want the highest capacity, most affordable and readily available cartridge as with a wide format you are probably considering doing a high volume of printing. You will also... More
