What would be a good salary for a 17 year old administrator?

It will be based in the kent area, so im aware it will be alot less than London areas. Im not sure what sort of wage i should be paying somone that age, she has just completed a level 2 NVQ in business administration, and has done an apprentaship with us for about 5 months but she is so much better than any other people we have employed for the same job.

Well i am 18 and in london, i am a legal secretary, well trainee at the moment. it took 2 yrs at college, up to level 3, diploma. and i get £18k, so you should get about £15 or £14, if you get offered lower, take it, its soooooooooo hard to get a first job. once you have worked for 2 years, you get double your wages... About 9k, as its out of london. Plus this leaves you plenty of space to offer incentives like wage increases and bonuses.

Well i'm 19 and doing admin but have no qualifications in admin but my boss says i'm the best admin assistant they've employed. I get £5.05 per hour!

I assume you mean an administration assistant.The fact that she is better than others is a good reason to pay her more, however before you jump in with both feet, weigh up the maximum value this can have to your company.
