is the Illinois tollway a rep-off ??????? b/c it rep me off.?

all i see is everone paying the toll's and no one ask why?? is it just ok to pay someone just to slow you down for work and make you late becuse someone don't have 80 cent to give away to toll's. i just won't to see if anyone wood say i didn't pay a toll just to see what wood happen do you know for a 40 cent toll you have to pay you have to pay $20.00 and if you don't $50.00 so i have to ask 40 or 80 cent where do the money go to and why do we have to still pay so much???? when i lost my job and i live in aurora i had to no money so yes i didn't pay the toll but i was going to give them the money back when i get a job but now i know i need to give them 2,123.20. and not just the toll i didn't pay so i ask you is that right???? so i didn't have the money to pay a 40 or 80 cent toll what and the hell am i going to get that money from. illionis in not my home i been liveing in chicago for 27 yr. and i just know one thing i don't won't be hear and not just illionis your friend ei.

You pay tolls to help improve the roads in Illinois. If you don't pay, you get fined. If you continue to not pay, your fines get bigger. An IPass is nice to have. Your tolls stay at 40 cents, not the 80 cents you pay without the IPass. If you have been living in Illinois for 27 years, it is your home. Everyone... More

my husband and i accidently dorve str8 thru one in florida 4 years ago, and we havent seen a fine since, granted we live in illinois... im not sure what happened there.
