how can i get a job waiting tables with no experience?

im 32 going back to school and i need a job that pays well working nights and weekends. what restaraunts will hire a server with no exp? any tips on getting the job? thanks in advance.

some server jobs hire ppl without experience, try ihop if u have one around, denny's, applebee's, tuesdays, places like that... as long as its not a place thats expensive to eat at, u shouldn't have any problems

I have been in a lot of restaraunts that have someone following a waitress in training....find one that will train you....good luck...

just fill out a resume...or go get a job at Mickey D's! they hire anyone and work with your school schedule.

i waited tables a long time a go before i went into restaurant managment.The best place to start out is a low type restaurant mostly like buffe.Try to go with a chain that offers them all over the usa.Some restaurant will hire u without expierience depends on how despret they are for employees.But i think the best... Just apply for the job in different resturants. If you need an experience, you have to start in a resturant. Apply and wait for the reply.
