How do you find a good job when you do not have good references?

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS JUST FIND ONE PERSON WHO CAN GIVE YOU A REFERENCE, IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE A SUPERVISOR, AND IF ITS REQUESTED ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD JUST MAKE ONE UP, TAKE A FEW OR CUT AND PASTE THE LETTER AND MAKE SURE THAT THE NEW JOB ASK SPECIFICALLY FOR THE PERSON WHO WROTE YOU THE REFERENCE LETTER.
