where can I find a good job that is in childcare that will hire a 55 years old woman that just love childrens?

I need to know where can I find job that is willing to hire a 55 years old woman who have exp. in child care and love her work

What about looking into becoming a teacher or assistant teacher at a pre-school. A lot of churches have pre-schools and could probably use extra help. I think you would find a pre-school more satisfying than a day care because you would be educating the children, not just supervising them.

Try temp agencies and your local newspaper. If you go the 2nd route, go to "Employment". Look under "Child care." Have you tried the businesses around your area? Prepare a resume with references--A good source of how to properly do one is "Resumes For Dummies".

Look in the Yellow Pages under child care, day care, after school services and any child related business. Call and ask if they are looking for help. The law protects you from employment discrimination based on your age so being 55 has no bearing. However your previous experience and skill with children will be... More

children is plural so you don't have to add the s and loves her work but don't call them go down to a daycare and talk to someone
