How to decide between job offer by standard chartered or risk waiting for nestle, or oil and gas company?

I am a fresh grad with marketing n international trade background. Worked for 8 months. Currently stuck whether i should accept with job offered on hand (bank)and get bond or should i be positive and continue to wait for nestle offer. I also got call from oil & gas company for interview. Basically the position function is similar but the product and industry is different. I need advice from people who r in these industries to share with me their point of view. i need to make decision fast as there is contract involved.Thank you
