How do I enjoy my job better?

I work for an I.T. consulting firm. I started there a couple of months ago and it pays VERY WELL! This is a job where I am on the phone all day talking to independent consultants, interviewing, going over their resumes, and trying to qualify and submit them on a project/job. However, because I am still a new employee, I realize that I still have a lot to learn. But I am getting bored because I don't understand a lot of it. And when I am bored, the day drags (and goes by SO slow). What can I do to enjoy my job more?

Find a co-worker you can trust and ask them about their first few months and how they over... More
