what i should do to start a booming career in computer in US or UK?

I have just finished my masters in computer network management from middlesex uni. n did my bechelors in engg. in computer science from india but not seeking enough computer opportunites in UK n i m more interested in US as well n see more opportunites there. Rightnow i m in london for more than one year. i m looking for a good designation in a firm in computer field with a negotiable salary.

Send resume to big corporation headquarters. they will find you a nice position. There are companies that will find you a job. Look for them online.

i think network security is the best way to go...it's too difficult to go offshore & is probably the most serious threat in computers today

There are way too many people here in the U.S. that can match your qualifications. The U.S. is flooded with computer engineers, etc.. The only way to set yourself apart is to get certifications in specific applications. Like Cisco, etc.. My husband is a software developer and his pay has seriously decreased... More
