What are the consequences of job outsourcing(offsoring) to other countries?

It could be the anything about job outsouring but atleast 2500 words i have to write so please someone help me to find some good articles etc. as well as good information about it....thanks

Outscouring is done because the manufacturer or corporation labor costs are becoming competitive versus other companies. A lot of low skilled assembly work goes to China, Vietnam, India. Some of the higher end assembly automotive jobs go to Mexico, Southeastern Untied States because of the labor costs are cheaper... More

offshoring is a tool for gaining competitive edge.e.g. if you are selling shoes and find a cheaper source of leather, you could make your shoes cheaper and in that way be more competitive.
