How would you advise your representative to vote if this health care plant came to the Sen. floor for a vote? I'm thinking that such a program would benefit us all and force insurance companies to compete with a more diverse pool of wage earners than our current system. Prices for health care are killing our manufacturing based industries and our citizens alike. Can I get a Hellyah?

Vote NO!!!!!! This is very bad!!!! It would require that employers "cash out" their existing health plans by terminating coverage and paying the amount saved directly to workers as increased wages. Workers then would be required to buy health insurance from a large pool of private plans. Witch would be more then your... More

Actually, Hellnah. I'm still against this form of health care in general. We need to switch over to a centralized health care system like the rest of the modern world. Health insurance companies should then be fined, jailed, and be forced to contribute to society in a helpful way.

Seems to me that this type of plan will give a select number of insurers windfall profits just as the Medicare drug plan does. It will limit workers choices and allow greater profits for corporations. I don't mind paying premiums, but, I'd like to see that money going into a universal type of health care with those who...
