Thousands...gaffers, grips, construction, special fx, visual fx, continuity, costume, script writers, on and on. I worked for Lucasfilm for 8 years, and it was a blast. There are actually a LOT more jobs behind the camera than there are in front of it.

Producer, set designer, script-writer, cinematographer...etc. Just watch the end credits of the next film you watch. There are hundreds of things you can do.
