How would Nanotechnology help people in Cryonics?

What inpact might this new technology have on Cryonics and what would life be like for those who might be able to be revived? What about over population, famine, being too old or sick, or jobs? Any ideas? I have read that the world science community is very excited about Nanotech. Why?

the other answer is valid to a point. actually, the use of "flash freezing" or vitrification does not give water time to migrate to intracellular spaces, create damaging ice crystal or expand (as ater tends to do) when it solidifies. Nano's may be used to help freeze/thaw people. I think that the faster something is frozen, the more likelihood of revival is. Dont quote me on that, just an idear.
