My brother does this in St. Louis, MO and is pretty good at it. He's no slacker. He said that he pulled in 60K this year. But he has no insurance and has to buy his own tools plus provide the vehicle, insurance, and gas.

10-12 bucks an hour. No schooling required, just On the Job Training, and a proficienty shown for it

I beleive the answer is 12.75-15.00 and even higher if that person becomes certified.
