What's it like to work for a temp agency?

Are there any decent jobs? Do you get any benefits, like health insurance? Will you get hired full time if you do a good job?

It depends on the Temp Agency. Some are good the do give benefits and helps you get hired full time. Other are a useful as a ice cube in a middle of a blizzard. Try Randstad and Manpower. k1

Most temp. agencies require you to work for a company 3-6 months before they are even allowed to hire you on as a permanent employee. Then if they decide to hire you they have to pay a fee... More

They can be both good and bad. First interview them. When giving assignments you may find others that came from the same agency ask them what they think.
