Is this a normal thing? If so you should go see a doctor. If not then find something that you enjoy and go do it. find someone you enjoy and hang out with them. These things help me when I'm feeling down. :)

we all get depressed at one time or another check with your doctor and see if its serious it could be the weather..stress..check with a doctor and keep your self busy for the time being..

Go to your doctor and tell him your symptoms. He/she will probably put you on Paxil. I was depressed for a long time. I've been on Paxil for 8 years and I'm fine.

if your depression is really bad you need to see a doctor, he'll probably describe some meds,it depend on why , i suffered from depression after my father died around cristmas in 2004, im finally feeling better i would cry all the time take care

Take some fresh air, be at list 1-2 hours outside every day, the oxygen can help you. Do not be harry with medications, some antidepressants are not to easy.
