Seasoning cast iron pans?
It doesn't seem to be working- I've seasoned and baked, yet food sticks and is impossible to remove, so I end up washing and re-seasoning. What am I doing wrong?

Place the pan in a hot barbecue with lots of bacon / fats - you will get the proper heat and VENTILATION!! Good Luck!!

have you tried it with onion?? coat pan with a lot of olive oil. add 1 coarsley chopped onion. cook over verrrry low heat for at least 45 minutes--don't let anything burn! then strain the onion out of the pan, saving the oil. no onion chunks allowed! bake at 400 degrees for 2 hours. good luck!
