Are you recruited by current dentists to join their practice, do you have to set up your own, or do hospitals or other health organizations offer you jobs.

You start looking for job on your own. Network among your friends from detnal school and see if they know any dental office that may want to hire a new dental grad. You start making your resume and go from there.
