Where do I look for jobs in Singapore without a PR/Spore citizenship?

Although I am a multi-specialist having 14 yrs of experience in various fields from admin / purchase/ sales/ Accounts.....I am disqualified for either not knowing chinese/ malay or not being a PR/Sporean.
