is 38 age too late to get a job ,then why i always get negative feedback for all my efforts to get one?

I'm not sure why you get negative feedback unless you don't have any marketable skills. Just a tip: good grammar would probably help.

Most companies seem more inclined to hire young people with no talent than to hire older people who are perfect for the jub for no better reason than age.

Most of the Companies go for young chaps who will serve them for along time. But if you are qualified enough you should make it.
