What is the definition of routine correspondence?

I'm applying for a legal assistant job, and on the application, under previous experience it lists "prepared and/or processed routine correspondence." I am not exactly sure of what that means. This is not a qualifying skill, just one they'd like to know if I possess. Before I click yes, based on my assumption of what routine correspondence is , I'd like to make certain! That's where you come in...thanks :)

It is in reference to the paperwork that is needed to completed. Also the paperwork that you have to create. You will need English composition skills to do this. Work from home. GOOD LUCK.

I'd gather that means use of form letters. I send out a lot of "routine correspondence"... that would include form letters, newsletters, invoices, statements,... stuff like that.
