How do I become involved as a human resource agent/specialist?
Do I need graduate training? Certification? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check out www.shrm.org great reference site. (or see what your local schools have - often it's a subset of Business) While you don't actually need any certs or training - it will be hard to get into w/o some experience in the field if you don't! Best of luck!
