I am (A+, MCSE, Exchange server 5.5, 2000, and 2003 certified), and have over 13 year exp. I am an IT Manager, so what I look for in a Network Admin is A+, MCP, MCSE, CCNE, Exchange Severer, and SQL Server. If I need a PCTech I need to see A+. o and by the way 90% of companies use Window not Linux.
