How is the weather and job market in California?

I am moving permenantly to America and the state of California in about a year from London/ UK. I'd like to know which part of California has all these 4 characteristics: 1- Active Beach life 2- Sunny weather most of the year 3- Good job market so that I could quickly be employed 4- Reasonable housing prices so that I could afford from my job. I'd appreciate your answers.
