Does anyone child/children attend the sylvan learning center? If so is it a good learning center?

I'm thinking of putting my 8 year old in it because of his reading skills. Just wanted to know if it's a good place for him to learn.

My brother went and hated it! Check your local High school or collage and find a student to tutor him. That is what we did. That place is a waste of money!

Sylvan has an awesome reputation in helping children with academics. It is not cheap, however.
