should i work for state farm as a producer agent or entry-level management job?

i graduated last year with a business degree and plans on getting my mba later on in the future. I want a career in management. Now days employers want 3-5 years of experience. Should i look for an entry level management job and work there for like 3 years till i find a better job or should i accept the job by state farm as a producer agent. State Farm offer me a better pay than most entry-level job.

I'd check out http://www.statefarmstillsucks.com before I made up my mind. They have a forum for State Farm employees. I'd ask the people who work there what they think.
