Do I still have a chance of getting into Boston University?

I am currently a Sophomore right now and for first semester of this year i got a 2.85 overall GPA. Last year (freshman year) i got a 2.7GPA first sem and a 2.5 2nd sem. and as of right now my gpa is a 2.68 (this is really bad). it now 2nd semester and i am trying to do good and maybe get around a 3.5 (mostly B's). i play sports but i am not the captian of any of them and im just on the team. i currently dont have a job this year but i am planning on getting one next year. i volunteer at a hospital and will prob have 150+ hours done by senior year. DO i still have a chance of getting accepted into BU? what can i do? i havent takin the SAT's yet so i dont kno wut im getting to get on those. if anyone can help me/give me some advice on what i can do to increase my chances of getting into a really good college...bc, tufts, etc. or any others let me know! thanks to all =]
